Hand-dyed by Black Trillium Fibre Studio, an indie hand-dyer from Seattle, exclusively for Little Knits.
Fiber Content: 100% Tibetan Yak
This lovely yarn is soft and luxurious with a very subtle halo. It is light and airy but will keep you warm without making you too hot.
Yardage: Approx. 980 yards in each 100 gram hank
Gauge/Weight: Lace Weight
Care: Hand wash gently in cool water and lay flat to dry

Materials: 100 grams of Little Knits Yaktastic
1700 size 8 Japanese silver-lined seed beads (pattern as shown uses iridescent clear)
Needles: US 5 needles, recommend using at least 32” cable; Size 11 crochet hook; Beading needle or dental floss threader; 2 stitch markers
Size: Finished shawl is approximately 72” across the top. Size may be adjusted by increasing or decreasing number of garter stitch rows worked.

We love this beautiful light-DK weight yarn given its soft hand, luxurious next to skin feel and a lovely halo. Yak Attack is simply a delight to work with and has bounce, great body and would make beautiful garments and accessories.
