Samleband by Bente Geil

A band gathers this children's cardigan neatly. The cardigan is worked in stockinette stitch and the band has super easy cabling using a cable needle. First you work the band, then pick up and knit stitches above and below the band. The yoke part decreases evenly and the model is finished off with an i-cord edge. There is a little finishing under the sleeve. The fit is moderate although, the sleeves might be too long for some.

Sizes: 3 (6) 9 month, (1) 2 (4) 6 year.

Finished breast width: 50 (52) 54 (56) 61 (65) 70 cm.

Length: 23 (27) 29 (32) 36 (40) 42 cm.

Note: To convert the measurements to Inches, Divide the Centimeters by 2.54.

Materials: Geilsk Thin Wool - Band colour - 1 ball Stripe colour each - 1 (1) 1 (1)1 (2) 2 balls. OR Pip Colourwork - Band colour - Band colour - 2 skeins Stripe colour each - 2 (2) 2 (2)2 (4) 4 skeins.
