Returns, Shipping & Other Policies
By placing an order with Little Knits, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined on this page.

RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
At our discretion, we may make limited exceptions. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and all items must be in original, unused condition. Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
You must contact us at customerservice@littleknits.com prior to returning any item. Unauthorized returns, refused packages, and pickup orders not collected within two weeks of completion may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any shipping costs incurred by Little Knits will be deducted from the final credit amount.
Little Knits does not pay for or reimburse return shipping costs. We do not accept returns for needles, needle sets, books, or patterns.
If there is any issue with your order, including items that are lost, damaged, or not received, you must contact us directly at customerservice@littleknits.com so we can assist you. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly; however, we are not able to address issues that are not reported to us.
Failure to contact us prior to initiating a dispute or chargeback may delay or limit resolution and prevent us from assisting with the issue directly.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
Flat rate shipping is available for U.S. orders. Please select “Flat Rate Shipping” at checkout when applicable.
Orders $1-$99.99 ship for a flat rate of $7.
Orders $100 and over ship free within the United States.
Orders are processed within 24-72 business hours of receipt and ship in the order they are received.
Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

We are not able to combine multiple orders.
All orders are considered final once placed.
