Tankestreg by Bente Geil (Print pattern)

Tankestreg is a dress filled with thoughts and stripes and is worked bottom-up. First you work a little roll edge in the main color and then the stripes are worked. In the end you work the upper part with raglan decreases in the main color and then you bind-off at the neckline. The design is worked in stockinette stitch with a k3/p3 rib that is not symmetrical at the top. The best part is there is no finishing involved. Also, the pattern is designed for as a top for larger children or a dress for smaller children.

Length frontside: 40 (47) 53( 59) 68 (74) cm.

Note: To convert the measurements to Inches, Divide the Centimeters by 2.54.

Materials: Geilsk Thin Wool - Main colour - 1 (1) 1 (1) 1 (1) ball. 2 stripe colours 1 (1) 1 (1) 2 (2) balls of each.  Spindrift can be substituted for Geilsk Thin Wool.  As always, swatch before casting on your project.
