A Cardiff Pattern - Garter Ribbed Wrap (PDF)

This pattern uses 3 different yarns and each are worked for 1 row at a time to create an A,B,C 1 row stripe sequence. The yarns are similar in gauge. One row is Knit and one row is A rib variation of K7,P7. This creates vertical sections of stock St. and Garter St. on the right side of work. Leave peace open and you’ll have a wrap. Attach buttons and create a poncho. Turn the piece in any direction and have a vest with a collar.
