Timidity is a soft yarn with a beautiful halo and it can be used for many things! This lovely yarn has a gradient multi-bi-color that works up with stripes and has a thick and thin construction that adds texture and beauty to the pieces created with it.

Timidity is a unique yarn with a little bit of everything. Due to its thick and thin construction it works at DK weight to fingering weight; it has a kid-silk like halo with a boucle-like texture. Fibers of this yarn are not together but rather present in different sections of the yarn on their own.

You can use Timidity on its own alternating sheer and solid effect for a beautiful tops and shawls, or as a carry-along to enhance the coordinating colors of other yarn lines. Timidity comes in 50 gram hanks with generous 240+ yards of yarn and works up at a light fingering to DK weight.

Fiber Content: 40% Wool, 43% Acrylic and 17% Nylon.

Yardage: Approximately 245 yards in each 50 gram hanks.

Gauge: Approximately 6 Stitches to an inch on US 2-4 needles (3-3.5mm).

Weight: Varies due to the thick and thin construction of the yarn.

Care: Hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry.
