A super soft yarn made in Italy, Cottontails has a 100% brushed cotton fiber content with a chainette construction. Folks at JL refer to this yarn line as "vegan cashmere" because Cottontails is soft like a baby bunny and plush like cashmere, but vegan because it contains no animal fibers.

Cottontails is available in 75 gram skeins that come with 164 yards of yarn and work up at a versatile worsted-aran weight. This is the ideal yarn for those of us who are sensitive to wool and don't want to wear garments and accessories that are heavy. Cottontails is also great for handmade items for babies and makes the softest blankets.
