Collection: Malabrigo Arroyo

A wonderfully soft 100% superwash merino that comes with generous 335 yards of yarn in each hank. Works up to make beautiful cowls, shawls, hats and lovely light garments.

Arroyo is dyed in lots of 5 skeins per lot. Be sure to get enough yarn to complete your project since each bag is a different dye lot, and skeins may vary from bag to bag. To ensure random color distribution, work from two balls of yarn at once, alternating a few rows from each ball.

Fiber Content: 100% Superwash Merino Wool.

Yardage: Approximately 335 yards in each 100 gram hank.

Gauge: 5-5.5 stitches to an inch on US size 4-6 needles.

Weight: Sport.

Care: Machine washable, using the gentle cycle with cold water. Dry flat.

PLEASE NOTE: As with all hand-dyed yarns, please work while alternating between different skeins of yarn every few rows or rounds to blend color variations from skein to skein to prevent noticeable pooling or stripes. To do this, work a few rows from one skein, then switch to the second for the same number of rows, and continue this pattern throughout your project (we recommend switching every three to five rows).
