A single-ply 100% Icelandic wool that is fingering-lace weight. Unlike other Lopi yarns, Einband is spun only from the undercoat of the sheep so it softens significantly after washing. A gauge swatch in the intended pattern, blocked and dried, is highly recommended. Lopi Einband can be used for lace projects, warm wearing garments that are not too heavy and for color work.
Fiber Content: 100% Icelandic wool.
Yardage: 270 yards in each 50 gram skein.
Gauge: Gauge and needle size will vary based on the project being planned. Needles sizes U.S. 2-7.
