A Cardiff Pattern - Box Pleated Scarf (PDF)

This stitch and this scarf are fascinating. It is worked in one piece from the cast on up. The stitch is a variation of knit and purl boxes that create folded pleats. It looks like it will stay flat but no matter how it is folded, worn, knit or enjoyed, the finished fabric always pleats. Super easy and total luxury in the Cardiff Cashmere Classic.
