Yak, mulberry silk and extra fine wool bestow this natural fibre yarn with a unique lightness, sheen and softness. Knitting on 6mm-7mm needles, it knits up easily and quickly. Yaks live together in herds at altitude in Central Asia with shepherds who still lead a largely nomadic life.
